UVU Residency

I love that im from California, but I hate that I had to pay out of state tution. It's sooo expensive! However I have finally been in this state for 1 whole year and now the rude residency lady is giving me the hardest time about my residency application. She always has an excuse about why she can not approve my application. Where can I complain about her?! She claims that I must have proof of emplyment from May through August but what if I decided that I didnt want to work all summer?! What if i just decided that I was going to hangout and enjoy Utahs beautiful scenery! She also started complaining about how Im not a registered voter of the state, but when I did register, I was told to register as an absentee voter for the state of California. That is not my fault. I have to meet with her today, so I guess we will have to see how that goes. Im NOT looking forward to talking to her! I just might have to be rude back! I really do want to complain about her though. I also had a dream about her and I threatened to get her fired, if only it was real life! Residency lady...cut us some slack!!
