There are two problems that I as an individual face as a new college student. I would say that the major problem I face as a new student at UVU is parking. The earlier I leave to try to get to class on time it seems like there are even less spots open. When I do eventually find a parking spot it is a long walk to the class across a huge parking log full of bad drivers.
The second problem I face is getting to know people. None of my classes have anyone I am acquainted with and I am not a very outspoken person. So I always find myself just sitting there looking into oblivion thinking about going golfing after I finish each day. Yeah, some classes do minor introductions like we did to try and get us to know one another, but I find that those do not work for me very well since I can't remember the names of everyone in the first place.
