From getting homework finished on time to a part time job every college student finds themselves pressed for time at some point. The stress that is put on us by our professors, family, and work place can be overwhelming at times. The question that needs to be answered is how do we, as students, accomplish the tasks lain at our feet without feeling an over powering strain of stress.
There are many possible solutions though one that works for one person can be added stress for another. Learning time management may prove to be of the most helpful tools to relieve stress. Along with time management finding time in our schedules to relax and enjoy ourselves would greatly reduce our stress. In attempting to reduce our stress however, we could very well be adding more stress to our lives. If we think that taking time to enjoy ourselves is so crucial we may be creating another stress by trying too hard to fit it into our schedules.
This question is of great significance because if we do not find a way to relieve our stress our grades may begin to slip. Our lives may become dismal and full of pain. We may grow so stressed that is may end up sending us into a grave depression. Studies have shown that great amounts of stress have been linked to a greater risk of illness and disease. We must find a way to handle all of the stresses in our lives.
